Super Friday Families,
I hope that you and your children enjoyed Week 1 of our fall semester! The day went really smoothly and I saw so many smiling faces, on students, staff and parents.
A few notes as we look towards week 2…
Please remember that Entrance K in the morning is for staff entrance only. Early Childhood families should enter at the playground entrance and families with only Older Children should enter at D. We had lots of early birds this week, which is expected on the first week, as we were all so excited! Moving forward, we will admit non-staff students beginning at 8:40 at Early Childhood and 8:45 for Older Children.
Anyone coming in later than 9:15 should enter at Entrance K.
If your child is taking one of our awesome Sewing classes, please make sure that your sewing machine and accessories are clearly labeled with their name. Students (or parents) may leave the machines and sewing cases at the front desk in the atrium. We will get the machines up to the sewing room and back down in the afternoon, but we need to have a name to determine which pickup line the machine belongs to.
The ongoing construction on the playground side of the parking lot may continue to be an issue over the next few weeks. Please do not park anywhere that blocks the remaining entrances.
